Hi, my name’s Matthew Alani and I have over a decade of experience working with sound, from broadcast TV to online branded content, podcasts and beyond.

I began my career as a junior sound editor and then mixer working on programmes for broadcasters including the BBC and Channel 4. During this time I became more passionate about sound design and sought a role that would allow me to work across multiple disciplines while crafting bespoke sound design from scratch

This search lead to me working in branded content and corporate video and gave me the perfect opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the sound for video process, from recording on set to foley, editing, restoration, mixing and composition. I’ve been fortunate enough to work with some of the world’s biggest brands and companies to bring their ideas to life through sound.

I’ve now built my own studio nestled in the Kent Downs, which allows me to record, edit and mix to the high standard that clients deserve.
